There is no escape...believe it or not. Mathematics is everywhere.

A measuring cylinder has an internal diameter of 2 inches. A disc of negligible thickness (a coin) is balanced on its edge in the base of the cylinder. One cubic inch of liquid is poured into the cylinder, and fills up to exactly to the height (diameter) of the disc. What is the circumference of the disc?
